Making a purchase is very easy using our website. Read all about Halcyon Bracelets and ascertain the size you require then simply go to our Shop page, select the size you require (half and inch smaller than your measurement" and click "Add to cart". Should you require more than one size, repeat the process on the shop page after changing the size required in the size field. If you require multiple orders of the same size, this can be adjusted on the shopping cart page by altering the quantity in the small box before checking out. With regards to the cleaning cloth, simple click "Add to cart" Should you require more than 1 then simply amend the quantity on the checkout page.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your name, address and invoice number in all correspondence.
If any item that you have ordered is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will email you to inform you of the estimated delivery date. Should you wish to cancel please advise us immediately upon receipt of our email.
Halcyon Bracelets does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the unused goods if already dispatched within 14 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Any goods returned under the EU Distance Selling Directive should be unused and in saleable condition, complete with insert leaflet and packaging. Please complete the Cancellation form below. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the original invoice number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
As well as the EU Distance Selling Directive, Halcyon Bracelets give a trial period of 28 days. Should you not find the bracelets affective or you wish to exchange for a different size, please send back attaching a large letter stamp to the envelope and enclose the bracelets, the invoice (or the Cancellation or Exchange form below) , cloth and packaging. Your refund or exchange will be processed upon receipt.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Whilst Halcyon Bracelets have never had an unresolved customer dispute or issue with our product, we are by law obliged to provide information to the consumer of a body which they can turn to should such an incident occur.
